The first in a series of three masterclasses, you will be able to share experiences with fellow practitioners, and learn from academic research which challenges existing myths and confirms truths about culture and communication in organisations.

This first masterclass with give delegates the opportunity to:

• Share new research which shows that culture determines the success or failure of values communication in multinational organisations
• Discuss the relationship between organisational culture and other cultural systems and how to address them in communication practice
• Challenge existing myths and confirm some interesting truths about culture and communication in organisations
• Develop and share their knowledge and thinking about culture and communication
• Find solutions to their own culture management, engagement and communication issues
